Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

• A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 48 hours.
• A 100% fee applies if you miss your appointment with no notice.

PemSpa reserves the right to cancel any appointment that is not confirmed within six hours after sending one or more confirmation emails.

Please be mindful of your appointment time and arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your facial. Any tardiness may result in a reduction of your treatment time. 

• Free parking is available in front of the building (634 Comm Ave). There are no meters. 

• We are conveniently located on the inbound side of Commonwealth Avenue. We are neighbors to the Heartbreak Hill Running Store. See Google Map for details.

• We are located on the second floor in suite 209. 

• Please note that there is no elevator access. 

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your facial or massage. A thorough consultation will take place in the treatment room.

• Fill out online intake form prior to visit. 

• By law, a parent or a legal guardian needs to be present either in the treatment room or in the waiting room before a minor (under the age of 18) receives a treatment. 

• We will never share any of your personal or health information unless you request us to do so.
