PemSpa and SpaFinder

PemSpa accepts Spafinder gift cards. 

Other third-party gift cards may not be accepted. Please contact us to confirm. 

PemSpa has it's own internal gift cards available. 

Because third-party platforms charge external redemption and processing fees that are outside our control, a $10 flat external processing fee applies per visit when one or more third-party gift cards are used. 

• The $10 external processing fee applies once per visit, regardless of the number of third-party gift cards used.

• Use of a third-party gift card constitutes acceptance of this external processing fee.

• Clients book online as regular clients would. Appointments are confirmed with a credit card on file. 

• Spafinder cards may be used upon checkout at the end of the service. 

• Any remaining balance after gift card redemption is payable by card, cash, or PemSpa gift card.

• Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.  

• Third-party gift cards may not be combined with promotions, discounts, or promo codes.  If a promotion is applied in error, it will be removed at checkout. 

• Promotional or new-client offers may be used on future visits when third-party gift cards are not used at checkout.
