Meet Sarah
I’ve been passionate about skincare and esthetics for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was mesmerized watching my mom go through her beauty routine — it sparked a lifelong love for the ritual of self-care and the confidence it brings.
To me, skincare isn’t just about appearance; it’s about taking time for yourself. I’m deeply committed to client satisfaction, and nothing makes me happier than seeing someone leave their session feeling relaxed, radiant, and empowered with knowledge about their skin. I’m also excited to offer brow and lash services as part of my work at PemSpa.
When I’m not at PemSpa, you’ll likely find me enjoying a good book, exploring car shows, soaking up the sun, or scouting out new restaurants. I’m also a dog lover and hope to travel as much of the world as I can.

My favorite part of being a professional aesthetician is witnessing the visible improvements in my clients' skin and seeing the relaxed smiles they leave with after each treatment. It’s truly rewarding to know that my clients walk out of PemSpa with uplifted moods and an extra pep in their step.

Pardees brings over 10 years of marketing experience helping brands grow through thoughtful strategy, clear messaging, and strong execution. Her background spans both established companies and fast-growing startups, where she has led campaigns, go-to-market strategy, and brand positioning with a focus on meaningful, sustainable growth.
She has a talent for translating a business’s strengths into marketing that feels clear, aligned, and effective. From refining brand messaging to supporting lead generation and growth initiatives, Pardees combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
At PemSpa, she supports marketing and brand strategy with a focus on helping the business grow in a way that feels intentional, elevated, and true to what makes the experience special.

Meet boris
I co-founded PemSpa after experiencing the exceptional facials from Pema, who was not only kind and attentive but also highly skilled. Her expertise in understanding my skin's needs transformed how I feel about my appearance and confidence.
Together, Pema and I created PemSpa to address the gaps we noticed in other spas, focusing on unparalleled service and a carefully curated product selection.
I’m particularly fond of PemSpa’s products, especially the SPFs and hydrating lotions like Hale & Hush Lipid, which are perfect for after shaving.
Outside of the spa, I am a long-time independent fund manager, investor, and life coach. I enjoy ultimate frisbee, yoga, hiking, and spending time on the Cape in Yarmouth.

Meet Kenna
I’m passionate about helping people achieve their skincare goals and love seeing the smiles that come with glowing skin improvements.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my 13-year-old Jack Russell mix, Libby, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle with walks, hikes, and home pilates workouts.
I have a keen interest in fashion, always on the lookout for simple yet elegant designs, and I love discovering unique finds in remote antique stores. I’m excited to meet you and share in your skincare journey!
