Physical cards are available for scheduled pickup only. The easiest way to get one is to pick it up at checkout after your facial. PemSpa is an appointment-only boutique designed for optimal privacy, so we do not take walk-ins.

How PemSpa Gift Cards Work

PemSpa gift cards are redeemed at checkout, after your appointment. Here is exactly how it works.

Can I book an appointment with a gift card?

No. A credit card is required to confirm every appointment, even if you have a gift card saved in your Fresha wallet. Your gift card is used to pay at checkout after your appointment. Our standard confirmation and cancellation policies apply.

How do I use my PemSpa gift card?

Redeem it at checkout after your appointment. Bring your physical gift card or your emailed gift card code, or pull it up in your Fresha wallet, and we will apply it to your total.

How much should I put on a PemSpa gift card?

Any amount works, but two are most popular.

$150 covers the Balanced Bliss Signature Facial, the classic start to any PemSpa journey, often with room left toward gratuity.
$300 gives the recipient flexibility to choose a longer facial, personalized enhancements, an advanced treatment such as microneedling, or two Signature Facial visits.

And since any remaining balance stays on the card, there is no wrong number.

Can I surprise someone with a facial date instead?

Absolutely, and it might be the best gift we offer.

You can book a group appointment and get facials together. Availability for side-by-side appointments is limited, so if you cannot find a time online, call 857-240-9805 and we can usually accommodate you.

Prefer to let them pick the day? A gift card works beautifully for that too.

I received a PemSpa gift card by email. What should I do?

Bring the emailed code with you to checkout, or click "Add to my account" in the email to save the card to your Fresha wallet. Claiming it is convenient but not required; until it is claimed, the card stays in the purchaser's account, and the emailed code still works at checkout either way.

What can a PemSpa gift card be used for, and in what amounts?

Everything at PemSpa: any facial, any add-on, retail skincare products, and gratuity.

Gift cards come in any custom amount, with no minimum and no maximum, and multiple gift cards can be combined in one visit. Any remaining balance stays on your card for future visits.

Can I buy a physical gift card without booking a facial?

Yes, by appointment. Call or text 857-240-9805 to schedule a quick pickup time, and buy your gift card online first to make pickup even faster.

Do you accept SpaFinder gift cards?

Yes. We accept SpaFinder gift cards, with a $10 external processing fee per visit because of third-party costs outside PemSpa's control. These cards are sold by outside platforms and cannot be purchased through PemSpa. Full details are on our SpaFinder page.
